The lack of development and regression from
Garland and Mobley is the real issue personnel wise

There’s not much more to it than that

We just look very talentless offensively.

You have to do eerything you can to move Garland. I know the absolute Garland diehards will hold till the bitter end. Hopefully Altman isn't one of them.
