The difference is they have 3 star level players while we have one. They’re afforded the benefit of the doubt. Not to mention a way better coach
What? If anything, what you’re saying is making it worse that they are 1-3 LMAO. They have 3 star level players and still started off 1-3.

You don’t get it and I’m not about to waste my time explaining it to you

Also here's the thing about the NBA. The very best teams (championship level) all have a wing/big (6'7" or above) that can create for themselves and open up the court for others. Boston has Tatum, Milwaukee has Giannis, Denver has Jokic, the Clippers have Kawhi and Paul George, and the Suns have Durant. I'd say despite the current standings those are the favorites. Having someone that tall that can initiate offense for you is such an advantage because they can see and do things that a smaller player can't. Don and Darius are both great ballhandlers and can create for themselves and other (in very different ways), but could you imagine if they had a taller wing that could take some of that pressure off of them and also create shots for them? I like our wings currently, but on the offensive end none of them have the ability to create shots. It is something I think this team is definitely missing.
In an ideal world, Mobley would turn into that guy. He shows flashes of great playmaking here and there, but as it stands now he's a long way from that.

A big reason why is he's not as good of a scorer or shooter as any of those other guys. If Mobley becomes more of a scoring threat himself, we can run the offense through him more.

I don't understand why anyone cares what the Clippers are doing. Has nothing to do with the Cavs.

This isn't an allstar break thing.

They have not been as good since Garland and Mobleys return as they were without them.

The record is starting to reflect what the metrics were already saying.

The end. The Clippers being 1-3 has nothing to do with the above.

Who the hell are you to tell me to stop watching the team lmao get that weak ass sh*t outta here

It’s just a comparison Rich. Nothing more, nothing less. I just found it interesting.

Cavskermit on his island swearing you just can't expect to beat the Bulls! After all this team has Michael Jordan and Scotti....oh wait a minute. I'm being told they in fact do not have those players.

Never mind. Who are you going to trust? Your lying eyes or Cavs Kermit.

This team was better with star players injured. Has been all season. It is an absolute fact.
Well, Rich has proclaimed what the facts are, I guess the rest of us can go home now.

Seriously though, if you don't expect your eyes to see different things when you play bad defensive teams, and good defensive teams, I don't know what to tell you. If you don't expect the league to scout your new offense and players, learn your tendencies and adjust to them, I don't know what to tell you.

That's just not how professional basketball works.

The end. This Cavs season is an inevitable march to failure and people are foolish to *checks notes* acknowledge that there are ups and downs during an 82 game season.

Like I see the same things a lot of people are seeing here, it’s been harped on all year. But this is the team and even if we accept that there need to be changes long term, we can get more out of this group. Last night could have and should have been a win. JB refused to utilize our depth. It seems likely that the core four won’t work as a unit and we will underachieve in the playoffs again, but I will continue rooting for these guys to turn the tide.

The risk the Cavs ran when they traded for Mitchell is that Mobley would need more runway in terms of development than Mitchell would give them in terms of signing an extension.

That bet has been made. All they can do now is hope for the best and try to win the playoffs.
