Besides coaching there is another essential need on this team. LEADERSHIP!
I have come to realize we do not have a leader on this roster (especially not in the starting line up)

It me be that some of our emerging leaders are clashing with the guy we brought in last September…idk.

There may be faction on this team that are widening the more time goes on. Not too the level of personal dislike or hate, but just in terms of who aligns with who
