Guys playing the same 83 game schedules teams play today used to AVERAGE 42 MPG

DG’s face didn’t get injured from fatigue, it went straight into KPs hip

Even is a 21 year old averaging normal starter minutes, nothing excessive

Okoro initiated the offense for the first 2-3 minutes of overtime, likely due to the minutes Mitchell had already played. Surprisingly, it was quite successful with him assisting in two buckets and his offensive rebound leading to a third.
Guys used to also chainsmoke at half time and show up halfway thru the 2nd coked out with a 5 big macs. Doesn't mean it was a good thing

sure, none of the systematic issues with playing starters too many minutes could ever have an impact on who gets injured. okay, that's a great argument.

I couldn't believe it when it was put out that Delly was drinking coffee at halftime in the finals.
Didn't Delly like get hospitalized over doing this too? I mean I drink I shit ton of caffeine but I could not imagine drinking I am guessing a hot coffee and then trying to play lol lol lol

If we did, you'd sit here and argue why it was the right decision. And we all know it.
No I wouldn’t

That’s your opinion

Bron was built to play entire second halves. Some other players are too.

He got a a nice 6-6 minute break in the first half and then played the full second half. Same as last game so likely something discussed and agreed up on by all parties

Which of our injured this year are related to the too many minutes?

Caris maybe?

Dean never played a second in the 4th quarter or overtime….. but I guess he did miss one shot tonight. Smh

Getting the defensively disabled tired Hawks and the Rockets on the tail end of their trip was nice.

And we have the Jazz next? Shit, we may figure out how to stay afloat until our boys are back by building some confidence against these 3 teams.

That's just flat out coaching malpractice. Guys should not be playing long extended stretches. It kills their effectiveness at the end of games and increases wear and tear and therefore risk of stress injuries. Jbb already ended Ricky's career. Don't want him to do it to another player
