2023-24 Season | Game #36 | Spurs @ Cavs | Jan. 7, 2024 | 1:00 p.m.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Why did he take Merrill out and put Okoro in-makes zero sense?

This team has given up runs like that time and time again with comfortable leads. Tells me how unserious the coaching staff is when we're winning. Cocky fucks who haven't won a single thing in their lives.

Even in the final baseline inbounds where we knew the spurs would press the team still looked disorganised and needed Mitchell to yell to get people in space

Okoro -17
Maybe you missed out last year but single game +/- is a completely worthless stat. It takes something like half of a season to even start to see a trend that is usable when it comes to +/-.

An example is that through dec last year cedi had the best +/- in the league. We are talking 2 months of basketball that if the only thing you looked at was +/- it would show cedi was the best player in the NBA

Not sure I've ever seen a worse inbounding coached team

This includes middle school
I been saying this for 2 years his like literally WOAT. His the polar opposite of Lue after a TO or an out of bounds play. Also WTF did all the guards/ball handlers sprint up to half court after the Spurs got within two and we needed to inbound the ball. I was screaming at the TV and I could tell Max was also thinking the same thing.

Cavs announcers mentioned that during Pops coaching tenure with SA, every other
team in the league has had AT LEAST 3 head coaches.

As a geezer myself, I say 3 cheers for him.

Caris both won and almost lost the game at the same time, making great plays then doing bonehead things at the wrong time. He needs to improve his basketball IQ.

I missed this game. We won, which is good, but it seems bad to win by only two points against a 5-29 team. was there anything particularly outrageous in the way we played or did they just play well?

Seems like the refs were favoring Wemby with 11 FTAs?
