2023-24 Season | Game #61 | Celtics @ Cavs | March 5, 2024 | 7:30 p.m. | TNT

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
If we would of lost in the final 2 min it would of been all on DG shoulders, he fell apart in the last two minutes. DG was force feeding Allan when Wade was blistering hot, was he jealous??? Dumb Dumb Dumb decisions

I think we all felt that way for over an hour... but how do you still feel like this after such a heroic comeback? I hope you drink the exact amount of water you cried, nobody needs extra bloating when they can't feel joy. Go Cavs.

Its wild to see Garland next to the Kelce’s

Obviously they’re wider and more muscular than him but when you see them on a football field, they look like giants.

When you see Garland on the court against the rest of the NBA, he still looks really small.

But next to the Kelces he was eye level or taller and didn’t come off as scrawny either.

One of the things I miss I guess by never being able to be courtside at a game

I sat courtside a few years ago when we played HOU and they had Harden and Westbrook. James Harden is probably the largest player with elite PG skills in NBA history. He’s built like a defensive end and he moves like a cat. It was jaw dropping how fucking agile he is.

Russell Westbrook was like a fresh Adrian Peterson every trip down the court. I’ve never seen an NBA player play hard every single play. It was insane. RW literally plays hard every play. It’s probably one of the most impressive things in NBA history. He’s bigger than Derrick Henry and he never took a play off. He’s one of the best players in the league to see play live in person.

Cavs percentage points behind the Bucks for 2nd. A win tomorrow ties them. Who has the tie break?

I believe we own the tie break...

  • On the last possession of the game, which was overturned from a shooting foul by Garland on a Tatum jumpshot, the Celtics went back to what worked for them so well: Running action to create a switch which took Allen off Tatum and put Garland on him. To Garland’s credit, he stepped up and played the defense needed but it almost didn’t go that way.
  • These are the small things that make all the difference in playoff games. Why are the Cavs switching late screen actions to allow for Boston mismatches? This is where coaching matters, as we saw in the Chicago game that put Allen in an awkward position late.
  • The Cavs won a game against the Celtics with Garland and Allen scoring three fourth quarter points. LeVert had two points; Merrill had zero points. Let that sink in.
  • As I said after the Knicks game: You can win a lot of games allowing 107 points however you can’t win a lot of games winning 98 points. The Cavs allowed 105 points and did just enough offensively to win. That is going to be key moving forward: Can they do enough offensively, especially in crunch time?

You're forgetting the greatest PGOAT, Magic, 6-9, and not a small frame either.
