If the 6ers are heading to the play-in, I wouldn’t hate being the 3 seed

Only thing I would hate to play against Miami now but it would show JBB if he is really capable enough.

I personally thought Miami would be easier to play against previously but I just don’t feel comfortable now with JBB as coach. But it would be a good test regardless.

it's been an up-and-down and down-and-up season.

but the weekly drama and unpredictable entertainment value have been very high.

Garland did a good job on Maxey as did everybody who guarded him, holding him to 7-for-26 with three turnovers.

That damn Kyle Lowry almost won the game for them with 23 points and 6 assists. The guy is 38 and he was killing it in the 4th quarter.

Paul Reed had five offensive rebounds and I swear every one was followed by a 3-pointer or at least a 2. Buddy Hield, a backup guard, had four offensive boards. The Cavs really need to get better in this area.

Allen wasn't as big a factor as I expected as he only played 26 minutes. JBB obviously didn't like something about his game. He still had 13 points and 11 boards, but he was giving up a lot of offensive rebounds and also getting the ball poked away.

The Cavs did a great job of not letting Hield get going; he only took two 3-pointers as the Cavs stayed close. I thought Merrill played good defense this game in addition to the four 3's.

Miami beat Portland by 60. The Blazers have packed it in. Too bad we don't get them on this trip coming up. Denver, Utah, Phoenix, the Lakers, and the Clippers. Ugh.

That's one of the reasons why Garland was the junkyard dog tonight (plus that 2K assist thing!). JBB has to reward him when he actually tries on defense
