2023 Game #1 | #3 Ohio State @ Indiana | September 2nd, 2023 @ 3:30 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Felt this way last year too but Henderson isn't a special player. He gets tackled so many times in the hole 1on1. I mean this highlight package CBS is showing here of this Indiana LB. That's gonna be the guy free and he's getting Henderson 1on1 in space over and over.

I don’t root for OSU (I root for god awful BG), but is this the consensus?

Every time I watch him, I wonder why he touches the ball so much. No vision, and maybe the easiest tackle I’ve ever seen. Is it an effort thing?

I've never been very high on him but that's not the consensus.

What the fuck. All they need is Harrison mentally checking out on the season.

Like right there. Does Henderson make that run up the middle and make that dude miss? I don't think so........

Yea please Day. Trayanum and Williams more and Henderson less going forward.

Is Jack Sawyer undersized? It never feels like he’s making the impact that he was supposed to be making out there.

If I'm Marvin Harrison Jr, there comes a point where I need to see something from the qb's. I mean dude is a top 10-15 pick going into the year?

We've only seen one of the QBs. And Harrison would have caught a TD if he cared enough to pay attention where he was on the field.

This is gonna be a rough year offensively. This is not the caliber of QB we've been used to.

Definitely not the game we hoped for but hey, week 1.

Plus side is the defense, which improved last year, looks good again this year.

I do wonder how much Matt Guerrieri being Indiana's DC played into how this offense looked. While McCord didn't look good, the Indiana defense looked like they really knew what the offense was going to do in every situation. I assume McCord would have ran second team offense last season and Guerrieri would have known a lot of tendencies. They also seem to know how to cover all of our playmakers outside of Stover. Adding more TE plays seem to be the wrinkle into the offense this season which might be why Guerrieri might have been thrown by that.
