A lot of this doesn't make any sense to me. The 40 yard line isn't #10? It falls within the "yard line?" What the hell is "the yard line"? Team on field must acquiesce? A yard penalty will be assessed? Could someone translate this into English?

I was also confused until I watched a video of it in action. Seems like a better idea overall imo.
