I'm not hating im just stating the obvious. When's the last time a series has ended in 6 games? And besides didn't u read I said the Cavs are gonna win.

I do believe Orlando beat Philly in 6.

I feel bad for the little rapist right now..He is killing himself out there knowing that this is his last chance to prove to world why he is still the best all-around player in the NBA..He knows his time is running out, it's either now or never..If the Lakers don't win it all this year, not only will the media stops portrait Kobe as the best all-around player in the NBA, but i think he'll opt out of his contract...

Ok, the rapists remark was below the belt...that girl had sex with several men around the time she targeted Kobe.

I do agree with the rest your saying, LeBron's stock is skyrocketing, he's proven he's an all-around player and is still improving. Kobe is the player he's going to be...he's peaked IMHO. The biggest problem is, the Lakers are arrogant, and Houston is exposing that, unlike Cleveland they don't look at it as "one possession, one game, one series", they figure they can turn it on whenever and just walk back to the Finals...Sunday they may be rudely awaken cause its obvious they haven't gotten it yet. You have to take your opponent out early, you can't afford to be like "whatever" in the playoffs. On paper this series should've been over but Houston's heart and LA's lack of heart is combining to be the biggest upset in this years playoffs...maybe in recent years as well. I don't think Kobe has "lost it" but I don't think he has as much in the tank to fall back on as he's had in years past. Its just not him though, the TEAM isn't playing like a "Championship Team."

I think I've gone insane.

None of the teams we could play from here on out scare me. The lack of focus compared to the Cavs is like night and day.

Well what will the Fakers say now?
This was a game they should have won...the Rockets jumped them early and they never recovered..pathic..

I can't remember the last time a "championship caliber" team just rolled over a died twice in a 4 day period like the Lakers did in games 4 and 6.

There is absolutely no reason that this series realistically should have gone more then 5 games. LA was up 2-1 and the news broke that Yao was out for the rest of the season. A true title contender steps on the throat and finishes off their undermanned opponent quickly.

Instead the Lakers just got flat out hustled and out worked twice in four days and got extended to a who knows what will happen Game 7 against a team that really has no business being in a game 7.

Am I tripping? Why did Pau Gasol just sit there and take that like that.:thumbdown

Kobe is a crybaby and a brat. When he knew they were taking an "L" he threw himself in the paint a couple times sort of recklessly. Trying to incite a Houston reaction I think.

can we all agree not to respond to the troll that is here? Seriously, he isn't on a Lakers game forum (or he is on multiple forums at once), and he is here to instigate, and you keep feeding the fire. Please put on ignore, or hit the "off topic" button on his inflamatory posts and explain your reasoning, in private, to a mod. Enough of those and he will be gone. You should feel sorry for him needing this form of attention. That's not a healthy way to be... I am a little salty because I just read through 8 pages to find out what happened last night because I was flying, and all I got was this troll and responses to him... So I implore you to keep it game-related in here for the pivotal game 7.

Sounds like Landry played larger than his height (he is pretty nasty, no?), and Scola put in a hell of an effort. At this rate, with the Lakers sporting an ailing frontcourt, I think they get rickrolled by the nuggets (if they get to the nuggets). I wouldn't even think of it as an upset.

The craziest part about it is the guys who see Kobe shove Pau, and they all turn away real quick like they didn't see anything. Why does this feel more like watching a prison shanking than a basketball game?

Yeah I noticed that too. Those dudes are like "Kobe gon' beat me!" I cant picture Ben Wallace or Z cowering in fear as LeBron mushes Andy on the bench. The Lakeshow is a circus. I know Kobester idolizes MJ, but beating up on your teammates might not be the best course of action when they are already marshmellow soft.

I couldn't belive he did that while watching it... I don't know why you'd want to piss the 2nd best player on the team off and the guy that takes away attention from you while he's on..LAL offense seems to run better too when they run it from the inside out to get teams to double on the block so #24 can take all the mid range jumpers he wants but I don't know if his ego will ever let him realize that.

I still think when Jordan went at people he went at them in a more contructive fahsion even though he was widley regarded as a dick, I don't think I saw him ever shove a team mate, I saw him point at people and get in their face... Rodman might be an exception to that when he kicked the camera guy in the nuts, but the worm was on another planet when it comes to human beings...

He was only trying to wake Gasoft up but in doing so he embarassed him on national tv. What a great teamate. Lebron would never show Z up like that.
