All Star 2017

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Holy shit, apparently Embid is shamelessly spamming his Twitter for votes like 3 times a day lol

Love needs to call up LeBron and Kyrie and join forces, They must unite and stop the evil forces of this unrelenting spammer :celb (13):

Saw second returns were posted, but a little easier to see.

If Embiid starts over Love or Butler, that would be a shame. At least Carmelo is down on the list. But Wade shouldn't start either. Steph still leading guards in the West?

I wonder what the media/players are going to do, if they make it right. Steph, Wade, and Embiid shouldn't be starting. Obviously neither should Zaza but I don't give a crap about him at this point. East players will probably try to vote him in to make a mockery out of it and give themselves a better chance to win.

LeBron will start. Kyrie will probably start because he has the votes and even if the players/media argue/vote that he shouldn't be a starter, it's not the disparity of fucking Zaza.

Embiid has been great and I wouldn't be too mad if he got a nod, but to start as basically a rookie over Love seems strange. Love will get a roster spot regardless because he's turned it up this year. Also, how is Embiid, the 7-foot star on a mostly crappy team, averaging only 7 rebounds a game?

Edit: Also, given their respective performances, you knew one of Harden or Westbrook would get shafted. The guy who won All-Star MVP twice in a row is getting benched because of the star power of Steph Curry carrying his name. That being said, Steph is Steph.

DWade should not be starting and Wall/Walker are getting fucked by the fans.

Kevin Love Kyrie Irving #NBAVote motherfucker!!!

Yes! Zaza! Get him in there... Lol what a mockery...

I'm trying to find a breakdown of all the voting detailed. On TNT, they showed all the votes from fans, media, and players and how all the voting worked.

It sucks Love isn't starting, but Butler definitely is worthy so I'm not too mad about it. Embiid actually ended up with more votes than Love in the fan vote anyway, so at least Butler is worthy which Embiid wouldn't be.

Steph starting is dumb. Westbrook has to be pissed. It is a 99.9% guarantee that Westbrook gets All Star MVP though. Which I thought he would anyway, but now he is going to be extra motivated and pissed to get it. (Or maybe he will sabotage the West for us? lol).

I’m actually quite offended that Curry is starting over Westbrook.

Love could've started but:

1) Embiid beat him out in the last 4 days of voting. A 30,000 vote swing for Embiid.
2) Players ranked Kevin Love 7th. They had the following order: James, Giannis, Butler, George, Porzingis, Carmelo, Kevin Love.

Had Love remained 3rd in fan voting, and ranked 6th among the players he'd have scored a 3.75 and been made a starter.
