The link at the top of my post has them, but I'll redo mine

I pretty much agree with your taste, but I hate the 94-97 Jersies, always, the current all blaxk is my favrite, very clean....and that Christmas Jersey deserves to be seen alllot more than the once.

Like all design, uniforms are highly subjective, but it's a topic I love and have strong feelings about nonetheless. I prefer the Cavs using the original wine and gold but in terms of overall design my favorite era was 03-10, which aligns with when I became a Cavs fan.

#3 - The Original

I wasn't really aware of this set until they did the throwback during LeBron's first stint. It's a classic look and I still adore that script with the feather.

#2 - 80s Orange

The blue uniforms to follow are a little too Knicks for me, but the Knicks have bad juju around the orange jerseys they've worn in the past, so, we could have owned this look if we really wanted. In any case, the updated bright orange material on the throwback look just POPS and I love it. I'm also just a sucker for orange and white/creamsicle in general.

#1 - 05 Navy

Popularized by LeBron's above average performance in Game 5 against the Pistons, but immortalized by Cavs great Shaquille O'Neal. This, to me at least, is one of the great looks in NBA history. The colors work seemlessly and the homage to the 70s candy-cane stripes is gorgeous (unlike its fun but garish predecessor). Navy doesn't really need to be part of the Cavs visual identity, but I'll always always love this.

Some honorable mentions:

FAV CITY - 2022, that mixtape was nice as hell and once again the candy-cane stripes are sweeeet. Hey, look who's in the foreground!

FAV XMAS - 2016, I prefer the gold getting involved to the cream (though both are classy as hell) and that game was certainly better.
iu

FAV FAUXBACK - 2010 Wine & Gold 80s. The 2nd LeBron era version gets a lot of love, but I prefer the first iteration, as the piping has better balance IMO.

I don't care that these were only worn for a short period of time or the fact that it's basically a t-shirt, but this will always be my all time favorite jersey. It just brings back so many good memories.

I wish theyd combine the maroon of the Christmas and Shaq jerseys here with the gold of LeBron 1.0

Also those oranges are so nice, but would be perfect without the bit of blue. Orange on white is so clean, white on orange too

05 Navy, last year's remix jersey (can't recall the name) & the Metro Parks jersey are the Top 3 IMO.

Btw- anyone have jerseys from the Stepien era? It's two of the few holes in my collection.

I'm a sucker for the OG feathered script Cavaliers in yellow. Really there aren't any I feel strongly negatively about tho.

I still use the 03-10 alts whenever i grab the Cavs in 2k. My all time favorite jerseys across all sports (altho the Sri Lankan cricket team has underrated jerseys).

My favorites are the original feather jerseys that they brought back in light blue.

After that, the originals in yellow, and the late 70s Campy Russell jerseys.

The worst were: 1. the early 80s Mike Mitchell era jerseys, with the 2 stripes under “Cleveland”, and the late 90s black and blue jerseys.

I like the current uniforms better than the vast majority of the ones we wore in the past. I like how clean they look in comparison.

Agree. The maroon is the only one that I think isn't really good. Wish they kept cleveland or Cavs for the black ones but that's not what teams are doing with those
