Bennett was drafted by one of the worst GMs in the history of sports, Chris Grant.

Luckily, under David Griffin, he was traded, along with a rookie and the 24th pick in a future draft, for Kevin Love. Not so bad.

That rookie was the number one pick as well and looks like a star caliber player by now. I think Bennett is just a salary dump in this trade

Wiggins looks like a volume scorer who gives you nothing else. These guys aren't stars, they just get points on crappy teams and then wash out a few years later. I do think Thibs will get him on the right track, though.

Have to admit I haven't seen him play a lot but let's see what Wiggins can do with a more balanced team and good coaching.
My point was that it's not just a mediocre rookie that was traded with Bennett.
