Waiting for next year for what? For LeBron to average 40 points 15 rebounds 10 assists and get knocked out playoffs again and then skip town pissed off?

Cavs must have a plan, no reason not to match Houston's MLE offer for Ariza who is only 24, long, athletic, can shoot, dribble, pass, and defend (kobe, wade). I'm sure Ariza would have chosen Cleveland over Houston with all offers being eqaul.

Ferry better have a plan, because the Cavs are still a quality player or two from being serious contendars.
