For a 12 team, PPR league, what order would you rank the draft slots?

I have the 4th choice of draft slots and am trying to figure out which ones I am going to target.

My first inclination is #7. That way, I could get whichever one falls out of:
  • Jefferson
  • Chase
  • Kupp
  • Hill
  • CMC
  • Ekeler
  • Kelce
#8 seems tempting too throwing in Bijan maybe. Anything higher than that I am not interested in.

Maybe:
  1. 7
  2. 8
  3. 6
  4. 5
  5. 4
  6. 3
  7. 2
  8. 1
  9. 12
  10. 11
  11. 10
  12. 9

I'm fairly certain when the draft spots have been analyzed, #1 always comes out ahead as having won the most.

So, #1.

I also like drafting near the turns, so 2, 3, 10, 11 all are spots I just like.

If you're trying to snipe where the tier 1 ends this year, I have:
  1. Saquon
  2. Ekeler
  3. Derrick Henry
  4. AJ Brown
  5. Christian Watson
  6. Greg Dulcich
... and everyone else on my team that you're up against in our Dynasty Contract league :celb (9):

Haven’t done the count yet this year, but there’s usually a pretty substantial tier break somewhere in Rd 3. I’d determine where that was and then choose your slot based on where you see the stark talent drop off in Round 3

I'm seeing about 44 guys (41 if you're not counting QBs) who I'd have no problem drafting. After that, it starts getting sketchy. The RBs up next are the Sanders, Akers, Pierce group and the WRs are the Godwin, Watson, London group. I feel better about the WR group than the RB one.

That puts it at slot 8 in the 4th or around slot 4 or 5 if some QBs go off the board early.
