Browns rant thread.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Sashi can go work at the supermarket with his 9 to 5 ass. I'm all for change with this organization, it actually gives me new hope every single time. Its all about getting lucky in this damn sport. (Who'd ever thought Kamara would be the next Marshall Faulk? Luck!)

No, shitty coaching 1-27.

They told everyone from the start. We are tearing down and rebuilding. This is a process. Now Haslam gets impatient and says “fuck it”.

Can't wait for Peyton Manning to become the GM
Can't wait for us to trade a 1st and a 3rd for a restricted AJ McCarron and give him a huge long term contract
Can't wait to take Barkley #1 overall because candidly some hobo told us to do it

If all that happened...

We might end up 1-31.

Can’t wait for hue to leak that he didn’t want AJ or Barkley but instead wanted whoever happens to be good.

I think Haslam knows exactly what he's doing right now. Right or wrong, I think he's doing exactly what he intends. I find it difficult to digest Haslam committing to Hue without an eventual hire advising him to do so.

What we do know is that Ben Allbright said the Browns hired a search firm after the McCarron debacle, so I'm not sure this Manning thing is in the bag. Maybe Amy Trask? But again, I don't think either Manning nor Trask would be interested in a search firm vetting candidates; I'd think they have a plan and people who fit that plan.

Do you even know what you're talking about?

As I've said before, the Browns have put themselves in a situation where NOT drafting a QB is not an option.

Passing on Wentz and Watson has put them in a position where there is no other option at this point.

-Passing on someone that Howie Long just described as "The next John Elway" is not a good look.
-Insisting that the likes of Cody Kessler, and AJ McCarroun were better quarterbacks are not a good look
-Starting off 0-13 in back to back seasons is historically bad.
-Going 1-28, 1-15, 0-15 (potentially 0-16) is historically bad

And I hate typing that first fucking line. I HATE IT. I hate how SIMPLE that mindset is because I know this teams problems are not just "PLUG A QB AND LET'S GO" sort of thing. But you know what? How if you're a QB FUCKING GURU DO YOU FUCK THAT UP?.

And guess what? As a Browns fan? I'm stuck hearing that shit argument until they get it right and we're a playoff team. We get fucking TAUNTED because some dipshit decided "HUH. HE'S NOT A GOOD QB. LET'S TRADE FOR PICKS.

A. MOVE. THAT. HAS. NEVER. WORKED. OUT. EVER.

And you know what? I DIDN'T WANT TO TRADE DOWN. I WANTED TO DRAFT THAT DUMBASS FUNDIE THAT'S SLINGING THE ROCK FOR PHILLY. I KEPT TRYING TO TELL FRIENDS OFFLINE I WANTED HIS STUPID ASS.

AND NOW WE'RE STUCK TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IF ROSEN IS WORTH A DAMN.

I am PISSED that idiot gets to potentially keep his gig after fucking up so monumentally on multiple levels.

The stupid fucking Eagles fans get to talk about Super Bowls (PLURAL) and we're stuck here with this complete diaster.

FUCK HUE JACKSON AND FUCK TRADING DOWN. MAY I NEVER SEE THAT STUPID SHIT POP UP DURING AN NFL DRAFT EVER FUCKING AGAIN.

God damn Wentz is incredible. Burn in hell sashi.

I put it on Hue.

Had Hue really felt he was worth taking at that slot? No way do you trade down. No way. Because unless this is a 2001 Falcons-Chargers trade scenario or a 2003 Chargers-Giants scenario? You don't trade away franchise QB'S in this damn league.

And Hue failed at evaluating him. Hue felt he wasn't good enough to be a starting QB in this league, let alone a franchise QB and probable future MVP.

Did you know that the Chargers tried to trade everything they had to get Peyton Manning? Guess what? The Colts said NO.

Sometime it is better to, yes, hold onto the damn pick.

You guys and your little pity party may have reverse jinxed it, because Wentz is out for the rest of the game with a knee injury.

I would have drafted Wentz if I was in charge of the Browns at that time.
