Developer: Infinity Ward
Publisher: Activision
Platforms: None currently confirmed; X360, PS3, PS4 all extremely likely
Release Date: November 5th, 2013

Ghosts will be the tenth main installment in the Call of Duty series; and will feature a brand new engine, not the shitty rehash that they have been using for over a decade.

I liked Black Ops II, and I have great hopes for this game since it'll be out on next-gen consoles more than likely and has the new engine.

If the 360 version is exactly the same as any prospective 720/PS4 versions, I will hold off on getting a 720 for a year, and just get this for the 360. Maybe even the Wii U version.

Well in terms of graphics, I'd have to think that the next-gen version is going to be far superior. I think that the engine I put in the original post is next-gen tech, and wouldn't work on a 360 or PS3 as well.

Meh. Another series I feel has been ran into the ground by yearly installments like Assassin's Creed. These publishers need to give these games some time to breathe.

I was starting to feel that way until Black Ops II. I thought that was probably the best CoD game since CoD4.

The graduation to next-gen consoles and this new engine should hopefully breathe some new life into the series.

I don't give two floops about graphics in my COD game. :chuckles:

I don't care about graphics, but I do care about the shitty engine with horrible lag compensation. I'm buying the next gen xbox version, assuming there are major changes. Also the existing game suffers limits on ram, which I believe is the reason why more DLC weapons are not offered.

Not buying another cod made by IW, two years of Black Ops 2 and I ain't even mad; will be playing GTA5 a lot anyways. By the time BO3 or whatever they call it is out the 720's should be down a bit in price as well.

Teaser trailer added to the OP; Official reveal is on May 21st, the same day as the next-gen XBOX.

Personally will not be buying this game, but i'm going to give it a try. Not a fan of just multiplayer cod.

This is the year I stop buying Madden and COD.

FIFA + GTA for me this year, and anything else that may jump out at me.

Damn.. You beat me.. I was coming fast as fuck to throw down some hate on CoD. Fuck that game..

Long live Halo!

That MP preview looked pretty slick. I'm going to buy it for 360, but I secretly hope that TitanFall can snag some of the market share.
