Cavaliers @ Sixers 1/26/07

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Wesley just missed a layup...:chuckles:

We had no business winning that game...

Just another signature on the Daniel Gibson aplication for the starting job.

Wow, what a turnaround! This was totally unexpected by me but I will take it.

Things we learned tonight:
1) This team does still have a nutsack. Overcoming a 17-point halftime deficit and outscoring the Sixers by 25 in the 2nd half.

2) David Wesley cannot make an open layup

3) ...but he can hit some free throws.

4) Boobie Gibson can play. Hopefully this is his coming out party and MB uses him more in the rotation.

5) Donyell Marshall is still alive! Two big threes, some tough rebounds, and even knocked down a couple FT's.

All in all, a great comeback win for this team. I know it's only the Sixers but we needed this one terribly. Especially with the Suns coming up on Sunday. Looks like there's still some life in this team.

Make a vbookie on the odds Boobie will play sunday...:chuckles:

Sixers turned into pumpkins. So much for greatness.

Now the 64,000 dollar question....Why hasn't Gibson been playing?

Moo

Not only should Gibson be in the rotation, he should start and play alongside Lebron and Hughs. The three together are complimentary and would be tough to defend.

Hopefully Brown does not go back to his normal rotation because "Snow is a good defender"

Stop Posting the same exact post on different forums MOO!

The best thing to take from tonight is that the Cavs got back in the game and then got the win with Gibson at PG and allowed to run the offense. That's positive not only for the rest of this year but also for the future. Hopefully Brown doesn't forget this within a week and move Gibson back to the end of the bench.

It's possible for good things to happen when you get more players involved and run plays for them. Cavs have some players who can score and are proven NBA players. They aren't getting chances all the time or being put in the right positions to produce all the time. It doesn't have to be all LeBron all the time.

It is only 1 game and the opponent was the 76ers but tonight was still a good positive step.
