TCF23's Keys To The Game
•Play the way we play ball.I want say get out and run so bad but the Spurs have proven that they can push the ball also. This Spur team is a hard team to judge, but if we are going to win it is going to have to be a defensive battle.
•I never thought I would say this. But come on LeBron 16 shots? When you don't shoot much of course your percentage will be bad if you struggle even just a little bit.I think we are going to need a 35,6,6 game from LeBron to win this one.
•I want to see Duncan get worked on D a lot more.Whether it is Drew or Z being fed the ball.Don't be afraid of this frontline at all.Duncan may be a great shot blocker but he isn't even all that athletic.Ilgauskas you are a 7 footer now go up strong!!!Drew just play the way you played last game, some more touches we should be good.
•Now wasn't it obvious when you look at the box score that Boobie Gibson should have been shooting a lot more shots.I want to see this guy get the majority PG minutes and let Larry Hughes sit as much as possible.Gibson should take around 15 shots.
•Defensive matchups I really want to see out the gates when Manu comes in is LeBron on Parker,Larry on Bowen, and Sasha guarding Manu.I can see Sasha and Manu getting into it at one point in this series just because they are both feisty hard nosed Europeans.
TCF23's Final Note
We played scared last game on the offensive side of the ball.It was our first Finals appearance and that is exactly what we looked like.LeBron show the world why you are the King again, because after last game I think some people need to be reminded. If we steal one Sunday night, that means they have to steal one in our place to not lose the NBA Finals.
Prediction:Cavs win 78-71.
