Minnesota Notes

* Antoine Walker has already complained his way into a starting role, so Randy Wittman is giving him a shot. Look for Toine to start being his old ballhog self.

* Marko Jaric has been starting at PG while Randy Foye is out. Jaric is 6'7, while Boobie is only 6'2 dripping wet.

Cleveland Key Points

* In the last game before Thanksgiving last year, the Cavs mailed it in early. These guys just want a break and some turkey. Expect the same tonight.

* Ira Newble has been getting a lot of minutes lately- never a good sign.

Mike Brown Gameplan Keys

- Keep emphasizing the team defensive concepts, the team has been thinking offense first the last few games.

Kyp's Prediction: Wolves 92 Cavs 83

Love the audio link at the top - remember when they played that during the 3-point contest during All-Star weekend back in the day? Good times.

• The Cavaliers have won three consecutive games against the Timberwolves including the last two meetings in Minnesota.

• LeBron James has averaged 35.3 points, 9.3 rebounds and 5.5 assists per game in his last four meetings against Minnesota. He has scored at least 31 points in all four games including a 31-point, 12-rebound, six-assist performance in the last meeting between the two teams last season (April 3 at Minnesota).

• Zydrunas Ilgauskas is tied for third in the NBA with eight double-doubles this season.

• Over his last three games, LeBron James has averaged 37.7 points, 10.0 rebounds and 10.0 assists per game. He has scored at least 34 points in all three games.

• Daniel Gibson scored a career-high 26 points last night against Milwaukee. He connected on 9-15 from the field which included 5-8 from three-point range. He ranks fourth in the NBA in three-point percentage (.558) this season.

• LeBron James currently leads the NBA in scoring at 29.6 points per game.

This would be a really nice game to steal in a back-and-back.

It looks like Corey Brewer is starting tonight.

Good job getting this up Kyp - especially with the game last night. Disregard my reminder.

Campy has said "shrink the floor" at least 850 times in the last two nights...

Damon Jones defense > Devin Brown's

Umm Snow, Jones, Brown, Jones, and Z? This could get ugly

lol this lineup is doing well

Are we ever going to see Nichols..The suspense is killing me.
