*Cavaliers Notes*

· Cleveland has won six straight games at The Q and are 13-6 overall at home this season.

· In his last five games against Phoenix, LeBron James has averaged 36.2 points on .533 shooting, 7.6 rebounds and 6.8 assists per game. His career average against the Suns of 31.1 points per game in nine games is his highest against any opponent.

· Cleveland has won a season-high five straight games and 11 of their last 13 games overall. Since December 25, Cleveland’s 11-2 record is the best record among Eastern Conference teams.

· Anderson Varejao leads all NBA reserves (at least 15 games played as a reserve) in rebounds per game at 8.9 per outing. He has averaged 11.2 rebounds per game in his last five outings.

· During their 11-2 stretch, the Cavaliers are allowing just 91.4 points on .443 shooting. In that stretch of games (since Dec. 25), Cleveland ranks fourth in the NBA in points allowed per game and sixth in field goal percentage defense.

· Zydrunas Ilgauskas became just the second player in Cavs history to ever go perfect from the floor with 10 or more field goal attempts in game when he went a perfect 10-10 from the floor for 24 points against Washington on Wednesday night.

· With 14 points tonight, LeBron James would pass Bingo Smith for fourth place on the all-time Cavaliers scoring list. Smith finished his Cavs career with 9,513 points in 720 games. Entering tonight, James has 9,500 points in 352 games.

*Suns Notes*

· Phoenix has made at least nine three-pointers in a franchise-record 10 consecutive games. The 1995-96 Dallas Mavericks own the NBA record
with 12 consecutive.

· Phoenix has not lost a road game against the Eastern Conference since their second road contest of the season against the East on Nov. 7 at Atlanta. That’s a string of seven consecutive victories.

· The Suns are a Western Conference-best 16-2 (.889) against the Eastern Conference this season and 86-21 (.804) in inter-conference play since
the beginning of the 2004-05 season, including 46-8 (.852) at home against the Eastern Conference since the start of the 2004-05 season.

· As of Jan. 24, Phoenix owns as many or more victories against the Eastern Conference (16) than 13 of the 15 teams within that conference, which play a majority of their games against it. Only Boston (22) and Detroit (21) have more wins against the East than the Suns.

· On Sunday, Nov. 4 vs. Cleveland, Suns Head Coach Mike D’Antoni won his 200th game as head coach of the Suns, making him the third coach in
team history to reach the plateau. D’Antoni did so in his 310th game, becoming the fastest in Phoenix history.

· Closing teams out: The Suns are an impressive 26-1 (.963) this season when entering the fourth quarter with a lead. Phoenix was 56-9 last season in those situations, 44-7 in 2005-06 and 52-7 in 2004-05, which means the Suns are a combined 178-24 (.881) the last three-plus seasons when leading after the third quarter.

· Phoenix has made at least nine three-pointers in a franchise-record 10 consecutive games. The 1995-96 Dallas Mavericks own the NBA record with 12 consecutive.

Good lord.

I'm confident about this one!

Defense, defense, defense..

IF possible.

Without Sasha we will never win... :(

Shannon will dunk on Amare tonight:D

If he gets in that is........

Steve Nash is a prick !

BTW, besides Steve Nash being a prick.. (Which he is)

Let me add my thoughts about this game..

Very bad time to see the Suns... The Warriors and/or the Suns are virtually the only two teams that can throw us out of whack so to speak... We're rolling pretty well right now, and these up and down teams can change everything... They seem to just mess with your entire defense...

If I was going to lose, I'd rather lose to a team like the Bulls or Mavs, or some team that just plays a normal style... These teams seem to throw everything off.. Maybe we'll win... But if we don't, I just wonder how long it will take to get back on track ???

Shannon will dunk on Amare tonight:D

If he gets in that is........

If he does, here's his statline...

3 pts, 1-8 FG/attempts 1 stl, 4 TO's, 1-2 FT, 1 REB, 1 amazing dunk.

And Steve Nash is canadian...much worse.

How many missed Larry jumpers will result in easy run out buckets for the Suns ??

How many licks does it take to get to the center?

My guess, it's the same number. (Lame, I know, but I'm sick - lay off).

LeBron trying to throw an alleyoop to Larry..

KNOW YOUR PERSONNEL, KING...
