Why does LeBron try to win it on a "spectacular" play instead of getting the job down?

The shot could have been better, but I'll take a 20% chance of a win with a 100% chance of overtime instead of any play that gives them a chance to win it in regulation.

Why can't the Cavs FO find these foreign talents?

All of those foriegn talents were late draft pick gambles and Ferry has only had three. Andruiskevicious and Ejike Ugaboja looks like busts but Gibson panned out. Hard to complain when a third of the second round picks work out as good NBA players.

When an opponent gets hot and hits 15 out of 30 three pointers, it's going to be a close game, no matter who you play. Pulling out a win on the road when the opponent is shooting lights out is, well, a victory.
