The last time the Cavs were in Boston, Kyrie and Love shot 12-33, the Cavs were 11-36 from three... and they won by 23 points.

I would not be surprised to see LeBron play 34 of 36 minutes through the first three quarters in each game this series. Lue is going to ride the hell out of him to try and win as soon as possible.

I don't think they'll sweep. In fact, I think it goes at least 6.
If it goes 6 that will be a letdown and not what you want to happen with the Warriors looking like they'll sweep the Spurs (Kawhi injury)

JR needs to start playing better on offense as well. Expect Thomas to try and rest guarding JR.

Lets hope Lue doesn't do some of the idiotic things Scott Brooks did today.

Luckily he won't have Jason Smith and Mahinmi to throw in together at some random inexplicable time.

Jr will either set picks or come off picks If It is defending him. He just has to make him work on defense.

Im reading the first two paragraphs in total agreement, get to the conclusion... amd think you hit your head in tge middle of your post

I was going to say. Isn't the first part of his sentence more of an anomaly, and the fact we still won by that much, and shouldn't, hopefully don't expect that little production out of Love and Irving?

It's not like Boston has some way of actually stopping those two. If they don't play well, it will be because of them, more than Boston IMO.

I think from a pure basketball standpoint I would prefer playing against Boston. Zone in on IT and historically Tristan has done very well vs. Horford. That would be much better than watching Kyrie tire out chasing Wall around.

Unfortunately this is the Celtics and you know when we're whooping their asses there's going to be a real fear of Crowder, Horford, and Olynyk starting to play "hard, physical" basketball. Fingers crossed on a quick series.

Playing the celtics is great (if we ignore the drastically increased chance of limb disfigurement) The points of emphasis will help for the finals. They have a defensively weak guard we need to target. We have a rebounding advantage we must maintain. They are a bunch of whiny pricks. basically golden state east (basement edition)

We come out of this in five, max, and injury-free. That's the ideal situation.
