I know if they get skipped they are garunteed a top 3 pick. Look at last years lottery. The cavs had i think a 2.8% chance at 1 with the Clippers pick. The actual cavs pick had a 19.9% chance and it got the 4th spot. I joined this forum about 3 days ago. Maybe even 2.
