I think he just has number one expectations but not sure if he has number one ability. Definitely want to see him stay on the field.

Based on his metrics, I think he absolutely has number one ability. We saw how easily he burnt the Jags defense, the best pass defense in the league. His main issue has been that he's suffered some minor injuries that caused him to miss time.

I also think that nobody has any patience with receivers any more. If they don't produce immediately, they're a bust, despite the fact that we have decades of evidence that receivers typically don't produce at an elite level their first two years. Guys like OBJ are the outliers, not the standard.

I mean, we've seen Adam Thielen go from an absolute nobody in year two to a solid WR2 in year three to one of the ten best receivers in the league in year four. Funchess was terrible last year. This year, he made the leap to the point that his team traded his only major competition for targets. He's been producing like a number one receiver ever since. TY Hilton broke out in year three. Antonio Brown was a nobody in year one and good in years two and three, but he wasn't a legitimate elite WR until year four.

I could go on and on and on.

and Crowell stumbles again for no reason...

Anytime you can give Crow the ball in short yardage situations, you just gotta do it.

triped again by the invisible string...

If Williams lines his safety up 30 yards deep on this drive I will personally drive down to Cleveland and kick him in the nuts.

Hope you are right man.

Gregg Williams is really pissing me off with this defense. We were shutting them down the whole game and now he goes to this soft bullshit.
