I'm just not sure why we'd trade for him when they're almost surely going to have to cut him. The only team with a QB job opening is potentially the Seahawks, and the Niners aren't trading him within the division. And unlike Baker, Jimmy's contract is almost fully non-guaranteed, so they'd save a ton by cutting him.
