McCarron and Donald or Rosen is a perfect solution to our QB situation,

McCarron has a slight chance of becoming a top QB, but has a high chance of being a perfect bridge QB,

Win/Win signing.

I read elsewhere that several teams were ready to make him an offer if he is a UFA. A few teams closer to contention.. The Browns might have to pay a little more to make it worth his while, but having Hue and Zampese on staff is going to be a huge help in recruitment. He's now my #1 target.

Physically, he's nothing special. He is good enough not to lose games for you. The key is that McCarron can help install the offense over the summer, start as many games as necessary to keep the Browns from rushing a rookie on the field. Like I always write on here, the value of the right fit at bridge QB is under-appreciated.
