* Big games are usually between the Heat and Cleveland... not this time. Wade is potentially out for the season with a shoulder injury, and the Heat seem like they're losing their fire from last year.

* Operation shut down Shaq: Stop him, and we stop the Heat, because they lack big playmakers. Varejao needs to stay out of foul trouble... it will be tough to guard Shaq, and tough to deal with, especially without Z.


* Everyone needs to contribute. Riley will throw everyone he can at LeBron to give him different looks throughout the night, we need people to hit their shots.

We plain cannot make a jump shot or even just make a play...For once I'd like to see a Cav come off a curl and make an easy jump shot from 15 feet...Why does everything have to be so difficult? It's so hard to even watch them play as a fan sometimes...
