Dean Wade had a better junior year than his senior year. It was unfortunate that he had a foot injury in the end of his junior year which would not allow him to play much against Kentucky and not playing in the elite eight. Dean was very frustrated at that time not being able to play. Dean said he was working his mid post game after his junior year but I thought he struggled especially on the defensive side. One surprising thing was that he was only 65% from FT line beginning of college and was not much of a shooter when he came into Kansas State. He worked hard during the summer practicing FTs to improve to 78% in his final year. And he now has become a great 3 pt shooter. Good player to have for a 2 way contract. Hope he can keep improving his game.
