Did the colors change?

Whew. I thought I was going crazy.

Thanks for restoring my sanity, and stopping my quest to figure out what the F was wrong with the gamma on my display.

I'm sorry some of you dislike the new color change, but I have no intentions on reverting to the old colors. I feel that since this is the top Cavaliers site on the internet, we should at least use the official team colors on the site. Not Atlanta Hawks RED.

Maybe you could work on a gold banner because to me that looks like an Atlanta Hawks Blue as well. JMO

Well, that's fine! but could you at least bring back the old theme as an option at the bottom theme switcher?

This way, you make everyone happy.

Hilarious...trade deadline is Thursday and some people are sniping about a barely noticeable color change... :shakehead:

Thanks for the recommendations. Unfortunately the old skin is long gone and was also out dated. Alot of the new vbulletin features did not display properly with the old look so it was trashed.

I'm sooo sorry that you all have to deal with the official Cavs colors... how dare I change it... :rolleyes:

Wow, I've been on this site off and on all day on three different computers and honestly didn't even notice a difference. But now that I hear it's the official colors I'm even happier with RCF. I can't believe people are complaining about something so minor... I shudder to think what may happen around here come Thursday afternoon if a move isn't made. :chuckles:

I'm down with it, and I agree... the top Cavs site should match up.

I think it was just a subtle enough change that a lot of people (me included) couldn't tell if it actually happened or not, or if we were just crazy.

I like it though!

Not gonna lie, I spend 35 hours a day on here, didn't even notice.

Keep it up Glen!

I didn't notice and I don't care either way, but I would like to see a color change for any embedded links. The dark blue is too close to black and the links are very hard to notice. They should stand out and be easily seen. Maybe cavalier wine?

Forgive me if there is someplace to make this a user setting. I can't find it, if it is...

Are you using Firefox, IE? You can change those settings yourself...

In Firefox, go to Tools > Options > Content > Colors (button under Fonts & Colors) > then change your Link Colors

In IE, go to Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Colors button > then change the colors under Links

In best Allen Iverson practice rant:

"We talkin' bout colors?"

"We talkin' bout colors?"

"Is that what we're talkin' bout?"

"Colors?"

I use IE, but that only works if the link color is not defined in the tag, by a class or style sheet. This site must define it in one of those. In fact...

a:link, body_alink
{
color: #003973;
text-decoration: none;
}
a:visited, body_avisited
{
color: #003973;
text-decoration: none;
}
a:hover, a:active, body_ahover
{
color: #c53447;
text-decoration: none;
}

It looks like it's a style sheet as this ^ was copied from the source of this page. That 003973 number is the blue. It would be nice if it was the hover color c53447.
