WTF guys. Thread almost fell off the 1st page. I got roped into doing a 1/2 marathon in the Spring, and I need a swift kick in the nuts, so wtf I am in.
I jumped on the treadmill at my parents' house - 11.1 miles at 10 min mile pace. Not bad. I hurt the next morning tho.
I really want to break 2 hours. That's a suitable goal: it's like a 6.6MPH pace so 9:04 miles. Yesterday I did an hour at 6.5 and it was fine. I just ran out of time...
I haven't been doing much of anything, so I will def get a little faster as I lose a little weight. Also going to lift a bit, and hopefully do some HIIT.
I hope you donkeys are staying fit, whether getting GAINZ or holding L's.
