I’m about two months out from my IronMan and training is really starting to become tedious. I’ve found a partner that I run with and that helps, but the long rides are totally solo and it just gets boring as hell. I don’t think my swimming is going to get any stronger at this point, I’ll continue to train for maintenance but I’m past the point of worrying about trying to shave off time.
It’s up in Wisconsin in early September, hoping for a relatively cool day. I don’t run that well in the heat, the fact that it’s a hilly course won’t help either.
