Dream Team 4: Golden State Warriors

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
What the hell am I hearing on NBA tv right now? The overall accumulation of responsibility has probably worn Curry down? LMAO NBA tv suggesting that there might be some truth to the amount of games and what's been asked of him for the last three years.

Get the fuck out of here. Stop coddling and making excuses for Stephanie. Try going to six straight NBA Finals and still have an MVP caliber season where your production and athleticism trends upwards in your 14th NBA season, if you want to talk about amount of games and what's being asked of you. Try dealing with the entire basketball world putting someone else ahead of you as the "best player in the world" and respond by emasculating that other player in your 6th straight NBA Finals all while leading both teams in every major statistical category. Can't believe so many clowns fixed their mouths to prop this beta little mentally fragile fraud over the King.

Dude, LeBron never even won the MVP unanimously.

Dude, LeBron never even won the MVP unanimously.
And like he has been for the last 10 years is still the best player in the league.

Steph curry was unanimous because he was the best player on the team with the most regular season games ever. Good for him. He was also on the first team ever to blow a 3-1 series lead in the nba finals.

Everyone says it, lebron is the best player in the league its just a matter of how others feel like voting for mvp that year

But, again, LeBron may very well be the best player but not have the best season. That's what the MVP is supposed to award. If he waits till the playoffs every year to elevate his game above everyone elses, he's the best player, but he's not the MVP of the regular season.

Yeah I was just kidding. It is looking more and more that the unanimous MVP was just to commemorate this crazy outlier year

It doesn't bother me that Curry unaminous last year: he deserved it. What is stupid is that he was the first: Jordan and Shaq clearly should have had been easily and Lebron and few others should have got one.
But under previous voting standards, no one deserves to be unanimous. KG, Lebron, Jordan & Shaq all should have been unanimous at one point, but a few writers came out and wasted a vote on someone else intentionally. The inconsistency with voting standards is what is more annoying than anything.

I just find it fascinating that a team that still has three All-Stars and the same coach from a 73-win team can completely fall apart when Durant goes down.

I know the Cavs struggle without LeBron, but this team is literally built top-to-bottom to compliment and support LeBron's style of play. The Warriors weren't built around Durant. Although they lost some of their supporting cast, the main guys on that team have a history of being highly successful together.

I see their struggles being far different from what the Cavs went through last season. The Cavs were still trying to figure out how to win and still trying to figure out how to co-exist on and off the court. Kobe & Shaq bickered a lot, but it never truly affected them on the court.

Durant could come back and everything might be fine. It's just intriguing in the bigger picture that there's this much infighting on a team that's played together for a while and has been very successful and still has a 2x MVP on the roster.
