ive never been a fan of dwight. i actually always found him a bit annoying with how always smiles and tries too hard to be funny.. especially after the dwight saga. i was about sick of his existence.
also, after watching open court and hearing shaq just sound off on him, i began to kind of pull for him.. i dont like hearing people talk bad about other people, im the type of dude that will stick up for whoevers getting "picked on" (but at the same time, the things shaq said may have got to dwight cuz dwight has been killing it tonight). but anyway, i just found myself pulling for him and its nice to see him hitting his FTs tonight with much thanks to gasol.
and as for gasol, i always respected him as a player... but for some reason, watching the lakers game last night against dallas, when they showed how gasol confronted dwight and just reminded him what they been working on (his FTs), "elbow up and follow through" made me respect him even more as a player and as a man. and as you can see, if your aware, so far heading into the 4th, dwight is 13 of fricking 16 from the FT line!!! amazing.
i know shaq has NOTHING to say bad about dwight tonight lol. dwights making plays with his back to the basket, facing up and getting around his defender, hitting his FTs which is something shaq never did. 10 rebounds in 3 QTRs, man all i know shaq better not have anything bad to say. which i wont. i think shaq will give much praise to him.
shaq will show you tough love. he will knock you when you deserve it. he may be a little harsh, but at the same time, he will pick you up over his head when you deliver.
ok... enough of my rant. it might be gibberish. it might bounce around a little bit. if it does, awell. just felt like getting that off my chest lol.
