Eastern Conference Finals - (2) Orlando Magic vs. (4) Boston Celtics

Since the game is about to start in the next few minutes and there was no thread started; here we have two very surprising teams in the ECF. Orlando's a surprise because they are clearly playing the best basketball in the playoffs and haven't lost since very early April. That's peaking at the right time.


Boston is a surprise because after that great start and the injuries hit, we were looking at convalescent home right before our very eyes. The C's showed plenty of heart in their series against the Cavs and KG looked like he was back in Minnesota.

The key matchup in this series will be Rajon Rondo vs Jameer Nelson ......

Even though the C's have showed plenty of sac, I just feel that Orlando will turn the lights out on that "Celtic Pride."

Boston has two players who have played dwight howard the strongest in the last 3 years on their team... you guys do understand this right.

Perkins has ALWAYS given him problems.. but to be honest. Rasheed Wallace has been the one player who has actually shut down Howard. He plays him the best in the NBA.

Its so weird watching this. For 6 months, we were all waiting to get revenge on Orlando... I guess I'm still a little shocked.

The difference having a defensive anchor like D12 is against guys like Rondo versus having Shaq is so glaring it's not even funny. It really is all about the big man. Same with Garnett.

Garnett has blown 2 lay-ups and Rondo missed a floater just because of D12's presence and ability.

The funniest was when Perkins was standing at the 3 point line for 5 seconds with the ball and Dwight just stood in the middle of the paint.

Oh, I meant on offense. Hadn't really paid attention on defense.

But in the case of Perkins having the ball, it's legal for Dwight to stand in the lane if Perkins has the ball, no matter where.

Orlando looks like complete crap. Makes losing to the Celtics even worse.
