ECF: Cavs 4 - Hawks 0

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I said it in the game thread, but will say it again here now that I'm back from jumping up and down and giggling like a schoolgirl.

Looking back at the postseason, it is really hard to believe how great this team has been. And when I say team I mean both players and coaches.
Two sweeps, one series that ended in 6, and we didn't look weak even once. We literally didn't have ONE bad game. Even the losses against CHI went down to the wire and one possession going our way and we could've won them. The Cavs absolutely steamrolled and wiped their asses with the Eastern conference. No team looked like they even have a chance against us. Even chicago.
The adjustments and preparation to each series and between games has been perfect. Lots of players stepped up. Through injuries, suspensions, media shitstorms, lots of pressure - we came out on top and triumphed.
Yes, we have the best player in the world on our team. But to dominate in such a manner, with the adversity and the challenges we had to deal with, last minute changes and adjustments... I don't know. It's really something special.
EVERYONE were great. And whoever says that this is all on LeBron needs to stop watching basketball.

We're not done.

I wonder if Bazemore still thinks the Hawks are better? Teague will have nightmares for months about Delly. Will Bud finally release that constipation? Horford needed to take the off season to start his WWE training. Will Carroll get a new weave?

Last one to leave, turn the lights out.

So if you go back to page 20, you can see what I predicted:
"My prediction: Cavs win 4-0."
Later on someone asked me what makes me think we will roll over, then I posted:
"I just think Blatt is a much better coach than Mike Budenholzer."
@Birdy89 and @tedginnjr, Could you please remove your "Disagree" from that post now?

True story:

One minute to go in the game 4 win, I'm thinking that I've only experienced this feeling about my favorite teams a handful of times, thinking that I liked experiencing the Giants celebrations here in SF but I was just a guest for someone else's party, thinking it was so great my son kept saying " We are Cleveland" and "Go yellow team" and watched intently with me for the first time, thinking about the hours I have put in on this website...

Then my son pissed his big boy pants and I had to spend the next 45 minutes cleaning human piss. I should have just dusted off his old pull ups. Couldn't celebrate at all, too much urine.

But now? Party time! Go Cavaliers!

Nice try trying to cover up the fact you were so excited the Cavs won that you peed your pants. Blame it on the kid.

Aren't you pretty much off for the summer? You should fly out for at least one game and enjoy the city on one of these game days. No better way to experience this thing. You'll kick yourself in the ass the rest of your life if you miss out on potentially the greatest sports feat this city has experienced in the last 50 plus years.

Hopefully your wife doesn't read this but fuck it... I'm hated any way you slice it.

I just opened another beer, pissing myself isn't out of the question just yet...

And... I bought tickets for my son and I to Cleveland for June 12 to 20th months ago. I plan to be in Cleveland for the NBA championship window until it finally happens.
