How did Boston not see this

Their offense might not be that much better. I think it's slightly worse, but their defense is a thousand times better.

This sucks, because Boston now will wise up and trade him, and draft a better point guard.

I was hoping Boston would overpay him and make him their guy. IT doesn't impact the game that much, despite his great isolating scoring.

He's basically a poor man's/undersized Kyrie.
