FANTASY FOOTBALL 2017

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Just did my 10 team draft, liked it at first but less thrilled the more I look at it.

jameis
Julio
Baldwin
Robinson
Jordan Howard
Abdullah
Kelce
Bilal Powell

BN

Austin Hooper
Jordan Matthews
John Brown
Doug Martin
Rivers

Just really regretting that Allen Robinson pick.

Anything involving Jacksonville will be a dumpster fire.

Unfortunately, the same could be said for the Browns

I don't know...I think we've got some fantasy-viable guys on our squad. Crowell and Johnson should both be solid plays this year with our improved offensive line. Britt and/or Coleman could both be fantasy-relevant as well if Kizer turns out to be good. Hell, Britt was fantasy relevant last year on a team that had much worse QB play than the Browns did.

We'll see.

Hoping maybe I'll get lucky and Robinson sees some halfway decent QB play. If he starts hot do I sell high?

In redraft I'd consider it. I'd hold him in dynasty though and see if Jacksonville drafts a real QB next spring.

Yes. I can't imagine their QB play will be consistent throughout the season.

Best ball?

My bad, I assumed you meant redraft as in you redraft midseason like some of those baseball leagues I've seen. Mine is a standard league with my family, we redraft every season yes. I misunderstood you. :chuckle:

I'll probably sell high on Robinson, I feel like he's going to get force fed a lot of targets. His value right now is up in the air, but I'll try to be optimistic.

What's everyone expecting from Lynch?

If Lat Murray got 12 TDs in that offense I'm assuming Lynch could repeat that at the very least considering how good the system is ran.

With that said, are you going, into the draft ranking him above Hunt, Cook, McCaffrey?

10-team zero PPR, six point QB touchdown league. Auction draft. QB, QB, WR, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, RB, TE, K, DEF line-up.

QB - Matt Stafford
QB - Carson Wentz
WR - Odell Beckham
WR - Martavis Bryant
WR - Sammy Watkins
WR - Corey Coleman
RB - Devonta Freeman
RB - Carlos Hyde
RB - Mark Ingram
TE - Travis Kelce
K - Mason Crosby
DEF - Patriots

BN - DeShone Kizer
BN - Brian Hoyer
BN - Tevin Coleman
BN - Duke Johnson
BN - LeGarrette Blount
BN - Zach Miller
BN - Jordan Matthews
BN - Giovani Bernard
BN - Cooper Kupp
BN - Josh Doctson

Pretty happy with that one. QB could be better but I am loaded at RB and my starting receivers have a really high ceiling.

That is an extremely boom or bust team.

Kelce, Freeman, Beckham, and Stafford are your sure things. The rest have a lot of variance.

Love the T Coleman pick as more than just a handcuff. Coleman is a fine RB3 in his own right and I think you'll end up starting him over Ingram consistently. Gimme that Atlanta backfield, damnit!!!

I think Duke is essentially useless in non-PPR. Same with Bernard with big dix mixon in town

I also have Blount in a league and really hope he gets cut to go back to the Pats. There was some rumblings. I didn't look into it enough.

Love the Hoyer pickup. I think Hoyer will be your starter relatively soon. Wentz fucking blows. Unless he takes a massive leap I just think Hoyer will be the better fantasy QB. Wentz' risk aversion would make Alex Smith blush #dink #dunk

10 Team, .5 PPR, other Standard scoring, $500 Pot

I went into here not worried at all about a QB. I feel like Carr could get 30-35 TDs and i was eyeing him all along...

I learned in .5 point PPR league, you need TDs... i strictly went for TDs. Last year I took a PPR approach and it just didn't work out.

QB: Carr (10th), a 2nd QB is for Noobs

RB: Freeman (1st), Gordon (2nd), Hunt (4th), Mixon (6th), Henry (12th), Burkhead (16th)

WR: Crabtree (3rd), Benjamin (5th), Garcon (7th), Hogan (9th), Ty. Williams (11th), Jor. Matthews (13th)

TE: Graham (7th)

Def: Arizona

K: Crosby

$100 FA Budget

I tell myself I did a great job. I'm banking on Crabtree's 18+ Red zone targets to transfer, Kelvin to breakout and get TDs. I'm excited for Chris Hogan to become Edleman. I'm super excited for a Andy Reid full time RB, Hunt may be a 3 down back. Torry Holt told me Tyrell Williams is better than Keenan Allen.... I took that to the bank.

Derrick Henry may win people league's if Murray gets hurt. He's a great cuff.

I aimed for 4 great backs, at least top 20 potential. I'm skeptical on Mixon... I really don't know what to expect. I took him for the hell of it, and i took him over Drew Brees... could be a killer, or could be a great pick when byes start coming in.

Anyways I'm done rambling, like everyone else, I hope I win and feel confident.
