This trade looks pretty bad for Orlando from where I am sitting as well. Here is my guess. Perhaps they regret not taking the Nets` offer but it is too late now and that some of the other teams who were mentioned were scared off by both the uncertainty of both Dwight and Bynum extending and both their health issues. Perhaps this seemed like the best firm offer they had and Orlando thought is was time to end the drama and move on. If I was an Orlando fan I would be glad to finally be done with Howard but frustrated at what we ended up with. I bet the GM shares their feelings.

Very fluid situation...per Alex Kennedy Lakers also receiving Earl Clark and Chris Duhon, and Nuggets may receive 1 additional asset to Iguodala.

Two of the sources caution that they have not heard directly from Orlando management that the Magic have agreed to the deal.

If all the Magic get are what is being reported, they need to go ahead and fire Hennigan tommorow.

Hennigan was with the Spurs and OKC, they're going by the OKC model of young players and draft picks.

Unless you're being sarcastic, can you tell me what part of Al Harrington and Aaron Afflalo are young, as well as GOOD draft picks? Houston has a lottery pick from Toronto and the Cavs own a pick from Sac which would fall late lottery within a few years. Instead they'll be waiting for a 2017 late first from LAL...

True....Afflalo is really the true young piece going to Orlando, they got to hope he develope's into an all-star.

The one thing I am sure is that the Magic wanted to get rid of the bad contracts they have and I bet they got rid of some.

Well, it would make the most sense that those assets were not offered.
