The Kyle Shanahan tree is officially a thing.

Kyle Shanahan: 49ers
Sean McVay: Rams
Matt LeFleur: Packers
Zac Taylor: Bengals

Keep an eye on Shane Waldron and Mike McDaniel as head coaching candidates in 2020.

How does it related to Kitchens...

If you read the thread AZ called Kitchens Fab Five Freddie then someone asked who Fab Five Freddie is and I explained, personally I am a huge fan of Fab Five Freddie so I really like the nickname.

Shanny blocked McDaniel from interviewing with Arizona to be their OC. He’s going to be the next hot coach very soon

Hip Hop pioneer of the late 70's and 80's.

Original host of Yo MTV raps too, but he was big into hip hop well before that as Blonde rapped about him a bit in the 1982 song Rapture. They became close friends after she met him and he introduced her to Hip Hop, she fell in love with the music well before it became mainstream.

Did Colt 45 commercials with Billy Dee Williams too.

I have no idea what this guy is talking about it is absolutely more complicated than that

I mean in that world the best DCs would just be cheerleaders

“You’ve just got to rush your heart out!!!”
“Cover, cover, cover!!!”

Sometimes people try to boil things down to their simplest terms and it doesn’t do justice to how much the details matter. Which is funny because in the same tweet he mentions attention to detail while trying to boil football down to such simple terms

This is something I don’t totally get, though: How hard is it to be a position coach? I mean, Freddie was a position coach for a decade (mostly RBs and TEs, although he was Carson Palmer’s QB coach in AZ, when he had some of his best years).

Take, for instance, a running backs coach. What does a practice LOOK like? “Ok, Fellas - Today we are going to practice running through the hole, instead of running into the back of the offensive guard. See that hole? Run through it!”

Same with the offensive line: “Ok, Guys - I want you to shove the guys standing opposite you harder than they shove YOU! Ready? Break!”

I mean, are all those coaches even NECESSARY? I doubt Knute ROCKNE had an RB coach... I doubt Walter Camp did...

You are not allowed to call Freddie Thick, I thought we determined that your nickname of Fab Five Freddie is the new official nickname of Coach Kitchens.

Freddie was the ORIGINAL Pillsbury Throwboy.

That is a very long winded way to say you don't know much about how coaching the sport works, but you are comfortable making assumptions anyways.

You are not the only admittedly pompous one, friend.
