I've supported and stuck up for Weeden all season but other than like 4-5 throws, he looked like absolute garbage today

Gotta say it guys but fucking Cousins looked alot better than Weeden today....This is pathetic pisses me off, without RG3 i really thought we should of took this game....

I still can't figure out the gameplan. Richardson ran the ball 11 times, Hardesty 2. Most of the runs were in the RZ. It isn't that they abandoned the run, they never bothered with it. Especially on a day where Weeden refused to throw most of the game. Rookie Qb is holding onto the ball to long, so lets have him run a bunch of underneath stuff, which he doesn't so well either. It was just garbage. It doesn't make sense at all. The defense had absolutely no answer for Kirk Fucking Cousins and his fay haircut. Same plays over and over. Bad everything, all day. Really sucks the life out of what had been brewing.

Would have been nice if Shurmer didn't play conservative ball the first 2 quarters. You have to play to win, not to just be in the game.

Basically, this.
Redskins game plan was simple. They knew we struggled versus zone running. We had to over-commit to it. Last week, KC didn't have a passing game to make us pay off play action. Somehow, Washington was able to mold a rookie 4th rounder into someone who could run play action and shred a team.
Weeden still can't make throws to the sideline. With his armstrength, thats inexcusable.

Combination of poor offensive management/game planning and a green QB, even at 29 years of age.....not a good mix. At the very least, get a winning coach(es) in there & keep adding talent. I'd give Weeden another year, at least, unless something absolutely better comes up (i.e. Vick - you would HAVE to think about it..and I'm not buying into the PR problems with Vick's past). Realistically, you want let Weeden play another year unless you think you're doing something drastic [uh oh].
