Game 2 | Cavs (1-0) @ Bucks (1-0) | October 20, 2017 | 7:00 pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Oh, how I wish I could spill inside info over...cause this is so wrong...
Then do it. We didn't have to pay for inside info when this forum was in its heyday...

If only the cool stuff happens in S34, then what's the point to the rest of this shit?

I mean, regardless of whether the intent was bad or not, another player forearm went right into Rose's adams apple while in mid air. That's a call Rose would have gotten in 2011. It's a call any superstar would get today. But it's a call any player should get. Clear Flagrant 1

Sorry I meant his ankle. The call was terrible and I totally agree they needed to make it a flagrant 1.

People have gotten in trouble for it, have been banned, or have been blocked from S34...only hesitation I have.

But you should be able to figure out why its wrong...not Lue's fault Wade is starting...and not Lue's fault the actual decent PG pairing with Wade in the back court is hurt. Whole situation is not on him.

Understood. I'm not trying to shoot the messenger. Thanks bro!

Doesn't look good?! so annoying and unecessary.

surprised he didn't break it when he came down after Monroe hit him across the face

ah well. expected him to miss time but not this early. i predict Lue immediately realizes Calderon can't play. hope i'm wrong

That was a very entertaining game to watch. Aside from ESPN basically turning into a Bucks telecast, not much to complain about.

6 guys in double figures and no one with the name Wade. Wow. I hope the offensive distribution like tonight is a sign of things to come. I thought once the team found a flow, the Bucks had no shot.

Nice solid win, get home and get some rest and put the Orlando Magic away in 1 half so you can get to resting more asap.

This is the first full game I saw, saw some highlights of the previous game and pre-season games. I think i will love this team a lot. I see the potential but they are still a big mess at the moment. You can see glimpses of the positives. Such as everyone can bring up the ball, lebron can play within the system and the team he does not have to dominate the ball all the time. They are sharing the ball on offense, cutting and moving a lot. It just seems more dynamic then previous years, you see other players making cross court passes to corner shooters as well, previously it was only lebron. I love crowder and i think everyone in cleveland will/does/should. But what i loved most is the defensive intensity! Everyone was working hard, the mentality was there, they were rotating. I really liked it, very refreshing. It think the team should keep a "small" and athletic rotation with a defensive mindset. However you did see what happened when korver went off. But I believe in the previous game or it was a preseason game, korver just got abused defensively. That didn't happen this game. Same with calderon, he can play offensive but is so fucking bad defensively, this guy should not play barring injuries.

I hold my breath every time rose hits the floor. I think its going to be key for wade and rose to be able to knock down open 3's, you can clearly see that scoring inside is not going to be a problem. All the drives and inside scoring should create some open 3's and we have to knock them down at a reasonable percentage. I also agree with most people here that wade and rose should not play together so much.

I was actually talking about this with a friend of mine yesterday, how everyone is trying to outscore the warriors and play their brand of basketball. (I miss big ben and the pistons) And it seems that a lot of teams in general are always focusing on offense in the nba instead of defense. Perhaps this is just my perception and how the game has changed. However I still think that if you want to beat the warriors its going to take a hell of a defense. And this new cavs team has potential for a really good new identity i'm very excited about this season! I think this is going to come down to coaching a lot, but you can see the direction he's going in and i like it.

Long story short, chaotic and messy, see the potential on both offense and defense, f***ing excited! Lets go cavs!

(sorry for my poor english, european)

More importantly, you can get another shooter on the floor, and not feel bad about it, so why not do it? Start JR or Korver instead.
Umm... Calderon is a shooter too. Like it or not. I'd prefer to see his ugly ass benched and more time for others but Lue is the coach, and Lebron likes Calderon.

Calderon hooked him up with some of his prized organically raised pig meat. Indebted for life.
