No, different strengths, but he looks to be finding his stride as an NBA player, going to be a good one, hell another couple of decent nights and he will be at Westbrook's shooting percentage.

Really Don't see a way they can get rid of Deng without getting rid of Kuzma or Ingram though. They can't really move any picks due to owed obligations. Don't really have much else and Deng;s contract is terrible.

Also would have to renounce KCP/Lopez. Couldnt resign Randle. Not sure about Clarkson might have to move him too.

Just wouldn't be the same team that they are right now so hard to say how good they'd be.
 
Lonzo had a respectable ball game tonight. Once he figures out how to make the ball go in the net consistently then he'll start to look like a NBA ready player and people like me can shut up about his awful shooting. Fuck his dad though.

Interesting..wasn't aware of their contract situation, was assuming they could keep all their young guys and add some max contracts

I could see good. I don't see great though. Not even close. And that's the problem. Lakers need him to be great. And he wont be.

Weird shitty shooting game from LeBron, but a win is a win.

That Kevin Love guy is decent. 28-11-3-2-1 on 9/15, 4/6 three, 6/6 FT.

When does All-Star voting start again? Love should be starting. (Yes, I know they changed the rules, but I still think they do five "starters")

Kupchak and Jim Buss really fucked that team up something fierce. They don't even have their pick this year. And Deng's contract is one of the worst 3 in the NBA. Makes like 15 or 16 million.

And they already had to give up Russell who looks pretty good to get off of Mozgov.

This Lakers team is actually pretty good. I think they have a lot of talent it's maybe not as good as the 76ers but for a young team looks great. I'm more worried in 2 years and I am this year though for Lebron leaving to the Lakers
 
Who fucking cares that LeBron is hiding from the lip readers and causing more controversy for those type of people to nitpick about it and claim such and such.

It'll be the biggest moment in Laker land this season.
