2nd night of a back-to-back, on the road, playing a Thunder team coming off a night off, no Smith, no Shump, no Liggins... LeBron is going to play 42 minutes.

If LeBron really is being bull-headed about not wanting to sit, Lue needs to override him and make him sit.

Losing doesn't bother me at all.

It is playing LeBron 40 minutes on a back to back.

I don't give a fuck what the fans of other cities think.

I don't care what LeBron thinks or feels about it.

Sit him down.
I'm willing to bet he doesn't play Saturday.

How about you factor in that the players WANT to play?

Imagine Lue asking his guys if they want to play, it's ultimately the players call.

It's not a question of if they want to play. As a coach, you're supposed to make decisions like whether someone should or shouldn't be playing. Ultimately there are guys who will want to play every single game for their entire career. I think it was more the fact that this is a nationally televised game. LeBron has looked tired all game.

Best news of the night is Williams actually surpassed my expectations by a lot.

Hope he keeps it up.

Needs to actually try to rebound though and give more effort on defense.

But his offense has some potential here.

TT was garbage VS Adams on offense and defense

We need a center just for guys like Adams. Golden state having Magee is gonna hurt us bad if we make it that far
It was a back to back on the road. I expected us to have problems on the glass because nobody else would be crashing it with TT due to fatigue.

WE are fine. Javale McGee is not going to "hurt us bad".

We should have never played anyone for this game. It was a bad decision by Lue and I feel like they felt pressured about it being a national TV game and let it dictate our plans for the night,

At the very least, LBJ had no business playing.

LeBron looked gassed halfway through the first quarter. I just have an impossible time defending the decision to play them tonight. Or him, anyway. OKC celebrating like they just won the finals.. it's all too much. Just horrible decisions by Lue.

Well there it is

Game

No rebounds, no threes, no defensive energy

Idk why the NBA does back to backs anymore. Wish they'd cut the season to 60 games

If this defense doesn't improve we aint going anywhere...regularly giving up 110-115 points is a recipe for disaster in the playoffs

LeBron just 2 points in the 2nd half.

Yea would have been better off resting him in hindsight.

Yep. Probably should have sat LeBron.

Is it weird that Kyrie is -14??? Doesn't seem like it.
He does have 6 turnovers and is getting abused by Westbrook. But we don't have Shump or Liggins to put on him.

Just to be fair, we were missing our first, second and third string shoot guards tonight. It's hard to be much more depleted at a position
