So I'm 10 minutes behind in real time, but why is LeBron so timid to attack Turner. I realize he's blocked LeBron a couple times in the past, but that doesn't mean LeBron isn't going to be able to score on him... that first 180 layup attempt was silly, and then LeBron looked to the ref for a call that was never going to be there and didn't get back on D.

Just rest him on back to backs if he's too tired to be able to get layups off against Turner or similar shot blockers.
