Good Move Bad Move?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'd run in terror from any and all KC players right now. They have lost ugly to two fairly average teams. Keep Lance.

I have been offered Shonn Greene for Reggie Bush and Daniel Thomas. League scores a quarter of a point per reception. I know Greene has not produced well so far, but my thinking is having him is better than the split back scenario in Miami, even though I do like Thomas' potential. Should I ship Bush and Thomas out?

EDIT: The guy who proposed the trade said I can have the player he is dropping (Cadillac Williams), someone else from the end of his bench or just take the open roster spot. The other guy at the end of his bench is Seattle's Mike Williams. I might be able to pull Josh Freeman from him because he already has Romo and Stafford.

I'd see what Thomas does against the Browns before you do that. Bush is going to get hurt.

Have not offered it yet, but was going to see what people on here thought:

I am giving up: Best & AJ Green
Receiving: Starks & Mike Wallace

Would that be a complete rip off? Mike Wallace should have a good year, Green is still debatable. Best is having/will have a better year than Starks.

He is weak on RB, I am kind of weak on WR.

Could also throw in different names. Substitute Branch for Green, Ellis or Sproles for Starks.

The RB I would be getting from him would just be a back-up for BYE weeks (hopefully my 2 starters will not go down at all)

Opinions? Rip-off? Don't even offer?

McCluster will be a fantasy darling near the end of the season......I used him as a flex play this week over guys like Jordy Nelson & Santana Moss....and I probably will continue to do so as the weeks go on. They'll slowly increase his workload (they already started) and, if healthy, he's going to shine. He's going to end up the #1 fantasy player on that team ahead of Bowe when the season is over........is my bet.

I think it's a pretty straight trade. If Best stays healthy, then the other guy's got his man. But Wallace is clearly the #1 in Pitt and he's a deep threat every game. Depending on who your other receivers and rb's are....I'd probably do that trade (and I definitely wouldn't substitute Branch for A.J. Green...but that's just me.)

Guys....give me some advice. I normally don't play in waiver leagues....but I got sucked into it this year. It's only week 3, but I'm sitting pretty at the top of the league and in line at #4 of 12 on the waiver wire (3am Wednesday). I just dropped Britt, since he's done for the season.

Going into week 4...my depth looks like this:

WR - Welker, S.Moss, J.Nelson, *McCluster
RB - McCoy, S-Jax, Best (banged up but good to go), *McCluster, Murray
TE - Gates (dealing with foot issue again), Watson
QB - Rogers, Kolb

[League starts 1-QB, 2-WR, 2-RB, 1-W/R, K, DEF]

I have 1 roster spot open, and Kolb will be the first to go if I pick up a 2nd person off the wire or FA. My question is.....do I use my waiver position and go back to the end of the line? Guys that are available....

WR - N.Washington, Thomas, Torrey Smith, Cruz, D.Jones, Sanders, A.Brown, Gaffney, etc.
RB - F.Jones (may have re-aggravated his shoulder injury), Choice, Hunter, R.Williams, etc (pickins are slim).

Or...do I just wait until they become FA's and try and nab the best available? Obviously N.Washington is the guy I'd target first (although with Felix's play last night, I'm second guessing that).

Or....do I try and trade Kolb, S.Moss, J.Nelson, etc and try and pick up a receiver/rb?

I like Nate Washington, maybe not this week against Cleveland (Haden), but for the season he is a GREAT pickup. He will be the thop target in what is turning out to be a decent passing game. I'd pick up Nate right now if he were available. Stay away from Felix, I owned him until yesterday and it was not a great feeling...

I don't know if you'll get him if you're 4th though...

Had an eventful night of trading in my league last night. GOOD MOVES or BAD MOVES???
I've never been a big trader, but this is a money league, so I thought I'd take a risk...

16-team, PPR, return yard points as well. ($50 buy in- known most of the guys for years)

My team pre-trades:

QB- VICK
RB (2)- Hillis, Felix Jones
WR (3)- Brandon Marshall, Santonio Holmes, Robert Meachem
TE- Dustin Keller
K- Kasay (NO)
Q/W/R/T- Colt McCoy
D/ST- CLE/SF (based on matchups)

Bench- Michael Bush, Deji Karim, Arrelious Benn, C.J. Spiller, Vince Young

TRADE 1- Traded Peyton Hillis and Robert Meachem/ Recieved Chris Johnson and Anquan Boldin.
Thought I was doing well buying low on Johnson, and surprisingly got a really good reciever too. If Johnson picks up production, I'm sitting PRETTY.

TRADE 2- Out of left field another guy wants Boldin and starts sending me proposals. We agree on:
I send Felix Jones and Anquan Boldin/ I receive Mario Manningham and Michael Turner!

My team post-trade, remeber 16 team league:

QB- Vick
WR (3)- Marshall, Holmes, Manningham
RB (2)- Chris Johnson, Michael Turner
TE- Keller
K- Kasay
D- Cle/SF based on matchups
Q/W/R/T- Colt McCoy

Bench stays the same.

So I feel like I did great upgrading from my original roster. I basically traded Hillis, Felix Jones, and Meachem for Michael Turner, Chris Johnson, and Manningham.

I know Manningham is recovering from a concussion, but Meachem's role will reduce when Colston comes back in a couple weeks.

Good or bad???

Thats just not right. Didn't Felix get banged up last night too?

That's what I heard. He had a good game before that, though...

I picked him up off waivers anyway, since I've been stashing Murray.

QB - Rogers
WR - Welker, S.Moss, Thomas, J.Nelson, McCluster
RB - McCoy, Jackson, Best, F.Jones, McCluster, Murray
TE - Gates, Watson
K - Bailey
DEF - San Diego

That's a championship team right there folks. *knocks on wood*
