Great replacement for NBA League Pass

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This site won't put other random charges on my account after the $60, will it?

So far only one charge for $59.99, but I'll let you know if that ever changes. I used my Paypal Debit Card just to be safe.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. The fact they are charging without having paid for the rights means they are stealing the media. Whoever they are stealing it from will have the case. If that company is a dutch tv network who has paid for the rights the nba can put pressure on them to act. Now will they bother is the bigger question, but the fact they are charging people will definitely draw more attention to them from the authorities

The NBA wouldn't have to pressure a Dutch licensee to pursue this site. A hypothetical network in the Netherlands might have its own case for damages if they hold an exclusive rights broadcast license, but the NBA doesn't need a middle man to make a claim in a foreign jurisdiction. Copyright crosses borders.

What's the delay between live and the stream ? Broadband LP is like 2-3mins and thats fuckin abysmal.

Is the broadcast really from the Netherlands? If I were doing this, I'd just be rebroadcasting the streams from the states to a dedicated server in the Netherlands and then back out to the states.

And it's unlikely they'd have too many problems as most Netherland-based providers don't respect DMCA takedown notices.

Isn't the move to just block access to that site at your personal local provider, vs attempting to fight a Netherlands based provider? I'm probably wrong though, just that if the shrinkage actually hits the bottom line of the NBA they'll do something about it.

Does anyone's ISP actually do this? I really don't think so. The DMCA take-down notices effect the server (host) not the service provider. And datacenters in the Netherlands notoriously ignore DMCA notices.

Also, someone could just as easily route traffic through a VPN anyway, or quite easily just use TLS encryption like SSL to keep Comcast out.

I bought a one day pass to see what it was like and I was pretty impressed. Much higher video quality than league pass, IMO, plus it lets you pause/rewind/resume unlike LP. Got the app for my android phone and tablet and they all worked great. Think I'm going to spring for it.

I have never used League Pass so I can't compare it to LP, but I can compare it to free ad-filled streams such as adthe and vipbox. The ad-filled streams cannot compare to BallStreams. The quality of BallStreams is absolutely beautiful. I view the game on a 130inch Projection Screen and I can see everything clearly without having to worry about lag or shitty quality!

They do have a preview which you guys can check out, and I can assure you that the streams are exactly like quality of the preview, if not better.

They have on-demand for every game, which are available either the day of or the day after.

Only problem I can see with people using this service, is if you don't have fast internet to be able to stream in high quality. Other than that I do highly recommend this service compared to those who are using Adthe or Vipbox!

If someone knows of a convenient program to be able to record my screen and turn it into an animated gif, I can show you guys a sample of the Cavs game last night.

I paid before October so I got the service for $60, but I definitely would have paid double that for this type of service. Best part about this, no blackouts!

Bought it love it, have it streaming on the 55" Sony Bravia in hd. Worth it imo.

Any way to get this to stream on an AppleTV? Or Roku?
