Great replacement for NBA League Pass

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This has probably been answered, but can you share these accounts? If so, I have a proposition for you :)

Also, can you watch replays?

I stream this over a roku stick onto a 60" LCD, the service and quality are amazing. The streams can be paused, resumed, the games are dvr'd you get every team in the league. It's phenomenal, thank you for putting this out there.

What is your down speed? I'm trying to go cheap as possible and if I could get this to stream at 15mbps down (wireless via roku stick) rather than pay another $20 a month to get 30mbps down....that'd be greeeeeat. I play on using a dual band wireless router and don't plan on doing anything at all other than surfing the web via my phone at the same time.

I'm also hoping Sling TV works with 15mbps - both ballstreams and slingTV say it should work...but I have heard of people getting some buffer problems with 15mbps.

You cannot share the accounts, you can't even use the account on two devices simultaneously.

When I would watch a game on the phone my wife would call me and say "Get off the stream!"

Also, can you watch replays?

Yep, works phenomenally well and covers every game of every team of the season.

Does Ball Streams stream nationally televised games (including NBA TV)?

This wasn't a problem for me in the past, but I decided to ditch cable this year and I don't wanna invest in league pass if I still can't watch all the games on national TV.

Yes, all 82 games for all 30 teams. If the game is national, there will likely be 2 streams; the national stream and one local stream.

BallStreams is infinitely better than League Pass.

How is it legal?

It's not remotely legal.

There is no effective difference between piracy and BallStreams; in fact, you're actually even more potential likelihood of some legal trouble (however small that potential likelihood is) because Ball Streams will surely get busted (eventually), and at some point their books will get opened. So be smart.

Buying their stream is illegal, and it's not only piracy but it falls under the cable and satellite theft laws as well (they are "stealing" sat signals from Dish Network, that's how it works).

With all of that said, I absolutely love it, and recommend it to everyone. ;)

So how do you get around legalities when books are opened?

BallStreams does not know who I am.

I paid with a b.s. prepaid gift Visa credit card the same way I used to pay for AstraWeb Usenet servers (as if they check, stop paying them if you are, they might not find out - ever.. lol).

So the name associated with my BallStreams account is b.s., as is the address, etc.

If you pay with your name and address, then what could happen is the same thing that happens to IKS servers when they get busted - a legal notice goes out to all the persons who watched the streams and they get sued for a very large dollar value.

Couldn't they trace your ip and go after the person who's internet you're using?

If you are on Comcast then yes. No other provider, AFAIK, allows this without a warrant.

Even then, only having an IP address won't likely hold up in criminal court.

Funny story, would you believe Time Warner finally sent out their first letters about torrenting recently?

Lol.. Oceania TWC is good about that, they send out the notices promptly. But they still don't reveal your IP to the RIAA until after they've threatened you twice. Only then do they go the next route.

FYI, if you're getting that notice, be sure to turn encryption on and also be sure to not download b.s. torrents from honeypots.

Wasn't me, I'm still using my phone because I never got around to getting a new modem for what we had discussed. Didn't want to waste the money til I had the chance to do a scan, and since I've been unable to find the correct software I needed, I don't bother. And all my torrents come from a private tracker only. Have yet to ever hear of anyone getting a notice on there.
