Where's Corey when you need him?

Haha, in all seriousness I might actually check this one out. I haven't played a Halo game since trading Halo 3 back over a year ago. Truth be told, I kinda miss it.

I can't believe the lack of Halo hype/talk on RCF. Makes me sad that my fellow Cavs fans play noob friendly/ glitched games like Call of Duty instead of real games that require some sort of skill like Halo. Bungie is the best developer in the business hands down.

Halo is my game, I'm going to be permanently LANing this on live with a couple of friends, I'm pretty pumped.

Being able to jump and shoot without your cursor so much as even moving off your enemy? Yeah, that's skill all right.

The only thing that could possible make me get Xbox Live again would be this game. Hopefully it turns out to be good.

This looks like the worst one in the series hands down...

It should be renamed "Call of Reach".

This game looks amazing. They have added so much stuff to try to improve from Halo 3 and O.D.S.T and they have done that. All I can say is I will be playing the beta nonstop.

Well i got the beta early, and all i can is it is awesome. It has a huge skill gap which is a plus and reminds me of Halo 1. The only problem is that grenades are to powerful and guns dont do enough damage, like the dmr takes 5 shots to kill and the last has to be a headshot. In the end i will say that if you like competitive gameplay you will love this game. It doesnt feel like halo but you eat used to it i give it an A.

Ps. If you have any questions about the game, just ask them ill do my best to answer them as fast as possible.

I've been a Halo fan since the day I got the original on the release date. The day Halo 2 came out was the first day I got XBL. I've grown up with the game and have played them all except ODST. That being said, the trailers of this game concern me. I mean- jetpacks? Really? There are so many things that make me wonder what they were thinking. I hate the idea of having a Call of Duty style startup where you can pick classes and armor abilities. Just picture how many times someone will be using the sprint ability and the sword together and ruin the game just like how CoD has sprint knifers.

Other notables that they brought back into the game since the original Halo are fall damage and healthpacks. These features worked at the time for offline but I really can't see that being too fun for online play. Also what the hell is so intriguing about the new Gears of War style beatdown mode. Just let me hit the B button and not go into 3rd person.

With all the new weapons and features that they are bringing in it just seems like the game is going to be a clusterfuck of a million ideas mashed into one. Maybe Bungie will prove me wrong though.

Loved Halo 1, played Halo 2 like crazy (multiplayer, didn't care to finish the campaign for some reason), beat Halo 3 and played multiplayer a bit and lost interest fast, and lost track of all the spinoffs. My little brothers tell me this will be the shit, who knows.
