He Gave Us Something to Tacko Bout

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
He could of slowed down Boban tonight

:party smiley 004:
Since Davis is the one now more likely to get the occasional rare rotation minted if their is foul trouble or missed games by the other bigs, he needs to Mop Up minutes to stay fresh and prepared.

Would have been fun to see but in all honestly, Bobam would eviscerate Tacko. Tacko makes Boban looks like a skilled big.

If he patterns his game to Boban, he might get a chance becoming a rotation or 3rd big in todays game.... He need some Boban strenght downlow though, he cannot bully NBA players the same as Dleague guys....

He'd need to be 7'10" to have the same impact in the NBA as he does in the G-league, but he's still fun to watch.

Boban was racking up Euroleague MVP's before coming to the NBA and would've been a true star in an earlier era, when the game wasn't yet so perimeter centric. You can't compare these guys.

Tacko is a borderline pro.

Not to nitpick, Taco is a solid pro, he is a borderline NBA player.

Tacko simply unstoppable :

I know this is a Tacko thread not a G-league thread, but I was actually surprised at the quality of the G-League when I went to some live games. It's true that you can't extrapolate NBA success from G-League success, but it will tell you much more clearly than the NCAA who can't hang in the NBA. Guys who look like they might be athletic/big/fast enough in college but actually aren't, are found out quickly when going against pros - even G-league pros.

well, I will get eyes on Tako and the second coming of Mark Price: Kyle Guy on the 17th. We regularly go to minor league baseball games w/the boys in the summer, this is the first minor league hoops game (we have been to CSU games).
I'll live stream for @RchfldCavRaised new podcast.

Kyle Guy recently tweeted that my Purdue Boilermakers are clearly the best team in the country.

I had recently said his size is a big negative especially since he is a shooting guard without Sexton's athletic ability.

After his recent comments, i take back everything bad I ever said about him.

It’s not like he’s 18. He’s turning 26. His best season in college amounted to not quite 10-10 averages. If he’s getting more than a handful of mins once a week, something went very wrong.
Guys, something went wrong.

I think he has a thyroid condition

yeah he is painful to watch, please replace him
